After all, she was born on Thanksgiving Day, the ultimate food holiday.  But her road to catering was not direct. Most caterers have a story surrounding a love of cooking. With tales of being in the kitchen creating meals from a tender age.  Diane proudly focuses on service. “You can get good food anywhere; it is service that sets us apart” – Ms. Johnson. Helping people and having a servant's heart is the main ingredient at Midnight Kreations! There is no upcharge for the exceptional service we provide.

 

Ms. Johnson has lived her life in Dallas, Texas. Diane provided refreshments at her daughter’s school and church functions decades ago.  Someone told her “You have found your niche” and Midnight Kreations was born!  And now, with 30 years of catering experience.

 

Midnight Kreations has also developed a reputation providing catering and hospitality needs for touring musicians artists at local venues throughout Dallas/Fort Worth.

Diane is a graduate of the Culinary, Pastry, and Hospitality program at El Centro in Dallas, TX.
